Perched atop a Bel Air hillside with sweeping views of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean, sits the Air Frame Guest House. With its sleek minimalist form, it complements and enhances the strong geometry of the existing three-story Gwathmey Siegel main house while confidently asserting its own unique expression. The guest house draws from the cues of the preceding structures, promoting the same openness and framing views that are a signature of this property.
