Melanie brings an infectious enthusiasm for creativity to our residential practice. With a background in architecture and architectural interiors, she is a holistic designer equipped with a diverse skill set that infuses local craft and the rich history of place in her designs.
Her collaborative endeavors with illustrious artists on site-specific installations, such as the late Sol LeWitt, James Turrell, Jeff Koons, Robert Irwin, and Charles Ray, underscore her multifaceted approach to shaping living spaces at the intersection between art and architecture. Melanie finds whimsy and playfulness in her designs, incorporating playful art elements that transform spaces into vibrant, engaging environments.
Beyond her professional achievements, Melanie dedicates her time to philanthropic endeavors, including United Way and the Downtown Women’s Center. Her commitment to community welfare echoes her ethos of enriching lives within and beyond design.
