Through modern architectural elements, the design creates a grand sequence of experiences from the property’s tree-lined entrance to the water’s edge. The home invites residents to be immersed in the beauty of their surroundings, boasting expansive patios, inviting porches, and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that frame views of the creek.

Inspired by the natural environment, a thoughtfully curated natural planting scheme evokes a sanctuary-like ambiance, taking cues from the landscape’s adorned Spanish moss-draped oaks and vibrant azaleas.
A grand double-height entryway welcomes guests with unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape.
In a nod to sustainability, the residence features green roofs, solar panels, and natural materials, aligning with the client’s dedication to embracing eco-conscious living practices.
Water plays a central role in the design, creating visual connections between a trickling water feature, infinity pool, and creek.
